I had the worst ever experience with the rentals at this location. I got a car which is shaking and vibrating even at 50-55 mph and i cant even change the car on my way because its a sunday and severe weather. On top of it they simply took off my money by charging an extra day for dropping the car just an hour late (instead of charging for the extra hour as they said) and they simply said, "we cant do anything with that" . I have been using the rental cars from Avis and budget for long time but i never had this kind of worst experience. Guys there are many other rental car agencies around this location and i suggest you to be aware of the above situation before you choose this location.

I just called the place and a woman answered the phone. I asked her if there were any cars available and if the place was open. She abruptly answered "We're booked" and hanged up the phone. She could have done it nicely. That's all I wanted but she had to do it rudely. I wish there was a no star rating because it deserves it. Hope you fire her.

No way close to "Budget". Cars are overpriced! They give you a quote early on, but go on to hike it by 40% upon return claiming that I returned it a day later (although that wasn't the case). Moreover cars are way above 40k miles driven. Avoid it if you can.

Booked 2 to 3 weeks ahead via expedia. The morning I went to pickup the car, they say cat is not available with tons of reasons. Tyre week end plan just got ruined.

To begin, the vehicle that I booked online was not available and the charges had to be upgraded for another car. I paid the upcharge for a different vehicle. It appeared nice from the outside. Once I leave the facility, I notice that there is a Wawa's bag with food and a opened Coke can in the vehicle. When I called in the next day, I mentioned that the car had not been thoroughly cleaned. When I returned the vehicle the rep said everything was ok and charged my card. A few days later I see an adjustment was added. I called about the adjustment and one rep said it was the holding fee. She then said it should go back on but transferred me to a voicemail. The following day, I called and was told it was for smoking. I did not have anyone smoke in the vehicle. The manager told me that she has no supervisor. I had to ask to speak to the owner which I was told, that person does not take calls. Finally, I was given the corporate line which I'm sure refers you back to the facility for adjustments. I usually do business with National or Enterprise. In the future, I will return back to National or Enterprise.
